How does Cruzer USB Flash Drive work in a car?
my uncle bought a San Disk Cruzer USB Flash Drive and asked me to put music on it for him.
He says that he can plug into his car and it will play music.
But I'm so confused because i thought it was used for computers only.
He said the guy at the store told him he can plug it into his car to play music but how do i transfer the music so that it plays once its plugged into his car??
Please help me!!! he's been asking me if i transfered the songs and I'm not done!!!
The USB device is a "thumb drive" or "flash drive". It stores data files. It can store any type of data file including music. It cannot however be used as a playback device. It is not the same as an iPod for example. Even though you can indeed store music files on it, you can't play music with it. There are no USB input ports located in the car either so even if you could use the device as a playback machine you couldn't plug it into the car!
