What is the best way to image/clone an IDE drive to a SATA drive?

I have already tried Acronis, but it locks up on reboot and does not work. Norton Ghost does not recognize SATA drives. I'm not worried about Win XP not booting from a SATA drive, because the drive will be upgraded to Vista.

The easiest is DriveImage XML. It supports IDE and SATA and is fast. I only took me 45 min to clone a 350 gig sata drive. Whats best about it is it doesn't require rebooting to do it.
