are my cpu temps too high?

idle my temps are 43c and gaming usually goes into the 60's 70's i just upgraded my stock cooler to a thermal take spin q cooler.. and my temps wer the same.. i was expecting my temps to drop with a new and better cpu cooler. im using antec formula 7 nano diamond thermal compound.. any suggestions?

The SpinQ test results loaded go from 39 C to 28 C. Since this is only a difference of 11 degrees C, I would say that you are in the ball park seeing 60-70 C when others are seeing 80-90 C. You are doing the right thing by keeping your CPU cooler. As a rule of thumb, every 10 oC you drop the temp you double the life of the CPU. That is significant at the temperatures you are talking about.
